  • 60 g butter
  • 60 g flour
  • Salt, pepper

  1. For the Bolognese sauce, sauté the chopped onion, the carrot cut into small cubes, and the crushed garlic in olive oil.
  2. When the onions start to turn pink, add the minced meat and tomato paste and fry until the smell of the tomato paste comes out and the color of the minced meat turns.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes and broth to the minced meat.
  4. Season with fresh thyme, salt, and pepper and cook until the sauce absorbs its juice.
  5. Melt the butter in a separate saucepan. Add the flour and fry, stirring constantly, until fragrant. Add the milk. Cook, stirring constantly to avoid lumps. When the béchamel sauce starts to thicken and thicken, add salt, pepper, and ground nutmeg and remove from the stove.
  6. Place lasagna, Bolognese sauce, and béchamel sauce in layers in a greased baking dish. Continue the same process until all the material is finished. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on the last layer of lasagna.
  7. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 35-40 minutes and take it out of the oven. Serve hot garnished with fresh basil leaves.
