- Two tsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Onions Finely Chopped
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1 (26 Ounces) Spaghetti Sauce
- 02 tsps. Sugar
- Taste 1-3 teaspoons of Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Dried Marjoram Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Ground Pepper
- 1 Cup Water
- 2-1/2 Cups Rotini or Gem Elli Pasta
- If Desired, 1/4 Cup Chopped Flat Leaf Parsley
How do i do this
In a very large frying pan, cook the ground beef, onion, bell pepper and garlic until the meat is browned and the vegetables are tender. Stir to break down the meat. Good drainage.
Put the spaghetti sauce , chopped tomatoes with their liquid, vinegar, sugar, paprika, marjoram, salt, pepper and water during a frypan , cook with hamburger and onion for 8 to 10 minutes, or until mixed Start to boil, stirring often.
Add the pasta to the frying pan and return the mixture to the stew. Simmer the food, uncover, stirring frequently, until the pasta is soft, about 11 to 16 minutes. If used, sprinkle everything with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
