  • 150 ml Red Wine
  • 250 ml Vegetable Broth
  • 200 g Basmati Rice
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder

  • 2 onion 2 cloves garlic 10 g marjoram 10 g parsley 3 red bell pepper

  • Finely chop onion and garlic. Chop marjoram and parsley. Cut the bell pepper in half and pit it with a spoon. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
