Cooking steps 1/9: Halloumi Burger with Honey Mustard-Sauce
- 1 onion (red) 500 g halloumi cheese ½ zucchini ½ eggplant

Cut the onion into rings, slice halloumi cheese, zucchini, and eggplant.
