  • 1 teaspoon of garam masala
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • Quarter cup tomato puree
  • Half a teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
  • Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of cornmeal
  • 1 onion

  • Coriander

How To Make The Remaining Puri Recipe?

After peeling and cleaning the mushrooms, finely chop them.

Chop the cabbage in the same way and mix it with the mushrooms in a deep bowl.

Then add the flour, cornmeal, turmeric, paprika, garam masala, grated ginger, and garlic and mix with your hands.

Add salt and add water little by little to get a consistency similar to murder dough.

Heat the oil in the pan and break off the balls from the dough you prepared and fry them in oil.

For the sauce, heat the oil in another pan and fry the chopped onions in oil.

Then add the grated ginger and garlic and fry until fragrant. Add red pepper and garam masala and mix. Add soy sauce, tomato puree, hot sauce and continue mixing.

Mix the cornmeal and half a glass of water in a bowl and add to the sauce. Take it off the stove when it thickens.

Combine the prepared mushroom patties with the sauce.
