  • 1 clove garlic

  • 3 teaspoons flour
  • 120 ml milk
  • Salt

  • 560 g Salmon
  • Steak (with skin)
  • 350 g Mixed Mushrooms
  • 2½ tablespoons
  • One tablespoon parsley
  • 1 Shallot
  • Black pepper
  • 1 Lemon
  • Salt

Marinate the salmon with salt and black pepper to taste. Mushrooms are all four.

Chop parsley and shallots. chop the garlic.

Cut the lemon in half, squeeze half of the lemon into a small bowl, and cut the other half in half lengthwise.

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Pan (large) spatula

Pour vegetable oil into a large saucepan and heat it over medium heat.

Wait until the temperature rises.

Add the salmon with the skin down and fry for 3 minutes or until the skin becomes crispy.

Add butter and fry for 2 minutes.

Turn off the heat, turn the salmon over and fry for another 3 minutes or fry to your preferred degree of cookedness.

Add the mixed mushrooms and chopped garlic to the same pan and fry until the mushrooms turn brown.

Add the flour and cook for about 1 minute or longer, until the flour merges with it. If it looks too dry, add some olive oil.
