  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 40 g Japanese breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons milk
  • 1½ tablespoons harissa hot sauce
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Chop the onion and smash the garlic with a garlic press.

Combine the onion, garlic, minced meat, Japanese breadcrumbs, milk, and harissa sauce in a bowl and season with plenty of salt and black pepper.

  • 400 g canned chickpeas (drained)
  • 1½ tablespoons harissa hot sauce
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • Oven bowl (large)


Preheat the oven to 200°C, wash and remove the seeds of the bell peppers, then cut into strips.
