First, divide all the biscuits into small squares and put them aside. Then, melt the butter and chocolate together in the microwave or double boiler. Follow these four steps to complete your delicious cake recipe:

  1. Next, whisk the sugar, vanilla and cocoa powder into the butter and chocolate and mix them well. Beat in the eggs and stir well until it thickens.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, use a wooden spoon to gently swirl the broken biscuits and chocolate mixture until all the biscuits are in contact with the chocolate.
  3. Wrap your bread pan in a clean plastic sheet. Then, place the plastic dish on top of the plastic and use the back of the spoon to wrap the mixture as much as possible. Once all the mixture is compressed, smooth the top, then close the top plastic edge.
  4. Refrigerate the mosaic cake for numerous hours or in a single day earlier than serving. When the cake is set, open the plastic from one end and start slicing. Turn off the plastic again and put the cake in the refrigerator for a few days.
