How to make a Keto Version Of Milk Chicken Curry. “Since I started practicing the ketogenic diet last year, I have started looking for a recipe: it can be paired with cauliflower rice and there are many different curry combinations.

  • 350 g onions
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 teaspoon Indian five-spice curry powder
  • 4 tbsp ghee
  • ½ teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves
  • 4 cardamom
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 10 black peppercorns
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • 5 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 pinch turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt
  • Coriander (for garnish)
  • Chili noodles (for garnish)
  • Yogurt (for serving)

  • 1 kg Chicken Drumo stick (without skin)
  • 4 cloves of onion
  • 1 tbsp garlic
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 350 g cashew nuts

Soak 3/4 of the cashews in hot water. Dice the onion.

Peel and chop garlic. Spread the chicken with salt and Indian curry powder and knead well.

Heat the pan over high heat. Add half of the ghee and fry the onions for about 10 minutes.

Pour in all the spices and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.

Put the remaining cashews in a small saucepan and bake them over medium heat until they turn light brown.

Garnish with roasted cashew nuts, coriander, and chili noodles.
