  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
  • 1-1 / 2 Cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 (28 Ounce) Can Large Chunks of Pasta Sauce And Vegetables
  • 9 Non-Boiled Lasagna Noodles

How do I do this

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Put the salami in a heavy frying pan over medium heat and stir to break down the meat until it is no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Good drainage.
  • Put the mortadella, 1-1/2 cups of mozzarella cheese and ricotta in a medium bowl.
  • Put about 1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce in a 9″ square baking pan, add three layers of lasagna, and add 1/3 of the sausage mixture.
  • Repeat these layers and end with spaghetti sauce.
  • Cover the plate with aluminum foil and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese and return to the oven. Bake for another 5 to 10 minutes or until the cheese is melted and browned.

This delicious crockpot sweet and sour chicken stew recipe is very easy to make. We like that bell peppers stay crispy just after heating during cooking time. If you want, add some chopped fresh asparagus in the spring instead of yellow bell peppers.

All you need to serve with this recipe is some hot cheesy garlic bread or some breadsticks or scones. This is really the main course of a dish, but you can always finish the meal with a green salad or fruit salad.

1 1/2 Pounds Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, Dig 1″ Pieces

  • 1 (9 Ounce) Package Baby Carrots
  • 1 Onion, Chopped
  • 1 (14-Ounce Can) Ready to Serve Chicken Broth
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped Ginger Root
  • 1 Bottle (18 Ounces) Canned Sweet and Sour Sauce
  • 1 (8 Ounce) Can Pineapple Snack, Drained, Juice Reserved
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1 Cup thin Egg Noodles

How do I do this

  1. Place the chicken, carrots, onions, chicken broth, ginger root, and sweet and sour sauce in a 4 to 5 quart slow cooker.
  2. Cook at low temperature for 7 to 8 hours or until the vegetables are soft and the chicken is thoroughly cooked to 165 F.
  3. Mix the reserved pineapple juice with corn starch, mix well, and mix well. Stir in pineapple snacks, sweet peppers and egg noodles.
  1. Cover HIGH and cook for 25 to 35 minutes, or until the pasta is very tender and the vegetables are crispy and heated through.
