  • 500 g Pumpkin
  • 200 g Green grape
  • 85 g Hazelnut
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 6 Sprigs Parsley
  • 6 Sprig Mint
  • 200 g Baby Spinach

Cut the pumpkin in half, take out the flesh and seeds, and then cut them into small pieces.

Cut the green grapes in half and chop the hazelnuts.
