What you Need
- 3 large potatoes
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1 teaspoon grated cheddar cheese
First, after washing the potatoes thoroughly with plenty of water, let’s cut them less than half an inch thick without completely tearing off the bottom parts.

Let’s cook for about 35 minutes until the potatoes are soft in the oven we heated at 200 degrees.
