- 200 ml Chicken Broth
- ½ teaspoon Chili Noodles

- 2 cloves garlic 5 g mint 1 lemon (zest and juice)

Chop garlic and mint leaves. Rub the lemon zest and squeeze it.

In a frying pan, heat olive oil and half of butter over medium-high heat, and fry the gnocchi until charred and crispy, about 5 minutes.

- A large bowl of a potato masher
In a large bowl, defrost the peas in boiling water, soak for 2 minutes, then drain and roughly crush them with a potato masher.

Put the minced garlic in the frying pan for frying noodles and stir fry for 2 minutes. Pour in the chicken stock and pea puree, stir well, and simmer for 3 minutes.
